Dorado Software's experienced, knowledgeable and accessible
team of technical engineers provides attention through every
aspect of the operational process, from development to
implementation to production system support. By adhering to
problem escalation and resolution processes, they are committed
to ensuring customers get up and stay up fast.
All Dorado customers are provided with unlimited calls and
email support to Dorado's Technical Support Center during normal
business hours, Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard
Time (PST), excluding US standard holidays. In addition, Dorado
offers an enhanced support package that includes unlimited calls
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
